Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address and sign-in credentials, plus the organizations you belong to and your role in each.

Organization information: the organization name and contact details, and the emergency planning information your organization enters — facility and building details, safe areas, critical systems, people and emergency roles, partners, transport, evacuation planning, adopted policies, emergency records, reviews and generated plan documents.

Planning information belongs to the organization it was entered for. Access is controlled by membership and role: only members of an organization can see that organization's information, and only Owner, Admin and Manager roles can change the plan. One organization cannot see another organization's information.

An Owner or Admin can remove someone's access at any time. Once access is removed, that person can no longer read the organization's information.

An Offline Kit is saved on the device that created it, so your emergency contacts and hazard guidance stay readable when the internet, power or cell service is down. That is intentional: a kit on a disconnected device may remain readable on that device.

Because of that, treat the device like a printed copy of your plan — keep it with people you trust, and remove the saved kit from any shared or retired device.

If someone signs in on the same device and does not belong to the organization the saved kit came from, Pet Safe SOP removes that kit rather than showing it to them.

Please do not enter passwords, alarm or gate codes, safe combinations, payment card numbers or other sensitive credentials into emergency planning fields. Record where that information is kept and who holds it instead of the secret itself.

You can edit or remove planning records from within your organization's screens. An Owner can remove members, and an Owner can delete an organization, which removes its planning information. Deleting an organization does not automatically delete any Offline Kit already saved on a device, or any printed copies your organization has made.
